The fencing division installs fences, shower enclosures, & arbors The decking division installs decks, railing, pergolas, gazebos, benches, & stairs. The home improvements division installs roofing, siding, windows, gutters, & more. Areas We Serve Areas We Serve Carl's serves areas throughout New Jersey, with most work focused in Ocean, Monmouth, Mercer, & Middlesex, Burlington, Union counties. We have office locations in Toms River and Freehold. E-signature Once your estimate is created, it will be sent to you via email. If you agree to the terms, you will e-sign the contract and make your initial deposit. Once the deposit is made, the contract will move on to the next steps. Management Review 2. Management Review Once the contract is signed, it will be reviewed by management, who will check for accuracy. If there are any issues, your salesman will be in contact with you to discuss potential solutions and alternatives. Material Ordered 3. Material Ordered Once management approves the contract, it will be sent to purchasing. Some material may be in stock, with quicker turnaround time, and some will need to be special ordered. The turnaround time varies by fence style, so it is best to ask your salesman how long you will wait for your specific material. Scheduling 4.
